Get relief from your eating disorder and anxiety.
Food
It’s about the food and it’s not about the food. Relationship to food is influenced by thoughts, feelings, emotions, societal expectations, accessibility, affordability, neurodiversity, and more. How one feels towards food informs how they feel eating food. Life experiences may drive both helpful and unhelpful coping through food. I support clients in developing compassionate care for themselves in their food relationship.
Services
Movement
Diet culture and anti-fat bias often have past and present impact on my clients relationship with movement and exercise. Unraveling one’s relationship between movement, food, body size, health, and actually finding joy and connection may be a challenging, surprising, and rewarding journey.
Body
An individuals relationship to their body is complex, dynamic, and intersectional. Many systems and factors influence how a person experiences their body in the world. I support people to identify, investigate, and bring curiosity to their relationship with those factors. And to consider and develop their own value system within those structures.
Anxiety
Worry can keep us safe, it’s essential. Sometimes, that worry begins to shrink life in unworkable ways. Urges to manage and control outcomes in life begin to ignite unmanageable fear, spiraling thoughts, and feeling like the walls are closing in. I create space for people to breathe, connect, and expand their comfort zone. What difficult emotions might you want to develop a new relationship with in order to live the life you hope for?

Insurance: I accept HSA and FSA accounts. I am out of network with all insurance companies. Since coverage varies, I would encourage you to contact your insurance company about out of network benefits prior to our initial meeting. Please note that if you choose to submit your claims to your insurance company you will still be responsible for the session fee at the time of service. I offer a limited number of sliding scale openings in my practice, please reach out to inquire about availability.
